I'm a New Jersey native, wife, and mother of two. I have 13 years of experience in the restaurant business, holding every position from hostess to line cook, from cocktail server to manager.
After receiving my culinary degree, I wanted to build a food company that would keep me close to home. Fewer late nights and more one- on-one time with people needing real help with real food.
I've spent the past 11 years making meals for families & individuals who crave personalized culinary service. Some of my clients have specialized diets while others have been diagnosed with life-threatening allergies. And some are just too busy to think about the details. I'm proud of the personalized service we deliver, and I'm ready to share our experience with more homes.

Shannon Goforth is a private chef and food stylist based in Oklahoma City. She graduated from the Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY) with a degree in Culinary Arts in 2012. She also holds a Bachelors in Hospitality and Restaurant Management from the University of Arkansas.
Her culinary training paired with her family recipes, helped Shannon form a foundation for her own style of cooking - combining French cuisine with the southern comfort food she was raised on. She loves sharing meals with others through any avenue she can.
When she’s not cooking for clients or on set, Shannon can be found playing with her dogs, Walter and Alice, spending time with friends and family, or hosting a dinner party.
